Flexible Magnets
Marietta Ohio has a long history in the world of magnetics. The flexible magnet was invented at B.F. Goodrich as a better way to seal doors (especially refrigerator doors), eliminating latches.
An innovative engineer at the plant invented a method to make the flexible magnet material into flat sheets. His name was Ralph Murphy. Ralph's son Gary then marketed and popularized the flexible magnet and together they created the industry as we know it today.
Marietta Magnetics is adding to this legacy in the innovative marketing of flexible magnets
